In 2026, we proudly opened the first stage of our Senior Campus—marking a significant milestone in our journey as one school across two campuses. Following the promotion of our Associate Principal, we are seeking an outstanding leader to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of our Senior Campus. This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to; Lead the operational and strategic development of the Senior Campus strengthening teaching and learning across Years 12–13, building a cohesive, values-driven culture across both campuses, supporting staff growth through coaching, inquiry, and professional learning and enhancing pathways through strong relationships with tertiary providers, industry, and community. We are looking for a leader who: leads with integrity, clarity, and genuine care for young people builds trust and capability in others through relational leadership demonstrates strong cultural responsiveness and commitment to Te Tiriti partnerships can lead effectively through growth and ongoing change brings experience across curriculum, staffing, systems, and school operations.
