About the role We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our Auckland team, based at Highbrook. In this role you will be responsible for all administration tasks for the inbound and outbound activities in our 3PL Warehouse. Our customers are a key focus for us and we aim to provide a fantastic service to them. You will be part of making this happen. This is a full-time role operating Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Key tasks include: Developing and maintaining postive customer relationships Ensure customer receipts, orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and within SLA requirements Co-ordinate various adminstration tasks to be completed within the specified timeframes Assist in the implementation of new customers Maintain the accuracy and upload of WMS data Handle the follow-up of all E-Certs What Big Chill can offer you Working in a business that has over 25 years experience Great team culture Upskilling and develpment opportunities The right applicant will need to be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug test, satisfactory MOJ Criminal Check and ACC check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
