Logistics Lead - Onga Solar Farm

Join the Onga Solar Farm project as the Logistics Lead - 45hrs, Mon-Fri, approx. 4-5 months duration This role is suited to a logistics professional looking to step into the renewable construction industry. It offers a mix ofhands-on site coordination and planning,working closely with construction and project teams to keep materials, equipment and people moving efficiently across a busy project site. You’ll have visibility across the full logistics operation, from inwards goods and storage through to distribution and point-of-use, whilesupporting Team Leaders to keep the supply chain flowing and the project on track. Job Description Duties: Plan and lead daily logistics Coordinate deliveries, materials, tools and equipment Manage inventory and stock records Lead and support logistics teams Coordinate suppliers and transport providers Ensure safe storage, handling and compliance Operate plant and assist with manual tasks as required (preferred) Drive PPE and site safety standards Manage team timekeeping and leave Support improvement of logistics processes and SOPs Skills & Experience: Strong digital and inventory systems skills Strong communication and problem-solving High computer literacy Organised and able to work under pressure Current First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential) Full NZ Class 1 licence Don't have all the skills and experience?
