Red Consulting Group – East Tamaki, North Island Join the incredible Sales team at Vidak in this newly created Sales Support role where you'll specialise in providing responsive and professional support to Vidak's clients and Sales team, helping to ensure customer enquiries and quotation requirements are managed accurately and efficiently. In this full-time role based at Vidak's head office in East Tamaki, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support while having the unique opportunity to develop your career with one of NZ's most successful privately owned businesses. What you'll be doing Deal directly with client queries via phone and email - you'll resolve as much of the query as possible making it easy for everyone Communicate professionally with clients to clarify quotation requirements and verify details – gaining trust and managing their expectations Develop a clear understanding of the client's requirements to determine appropriate product solutions, considering both technical and cost implications Review previous customer and project information to ensure consistency of pricing and product details Ensure accurate and current costing data is used for all quotations, liaising with suppliers where necessary to obtain competitive project pricing Submit quotations based on a complete understanding of the customer's needs and requirements Ensure all relevant customer and project information is effectively communicated to the appropriate teams, including Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics Liaise with Planning and Project Management to manage client expectations in terms of product/service delivery and product lead times. What we're looking for New Zealand work experience in a sales support or customer service role The ability to read floor plans An interest in furniture and design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
