Are you an experienced support worker who has worked in the community or residential environment? Are you able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life? Are you able to work in a role that a combination of life-coaching, care work, companionship and being motivational? Do you have weekend availability? Do you have your own vehicle and a Full driver's licence?
