About the Role As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting great candidates with great businesses throughout Christchurch and North Canterbury. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Speaking with candidates and building relationships Booking and conducting candidate interviews Visiting clients and learning about their staffing needs Sourcing and screening potential candidates Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates Assisting with business development and client relationship management About You We're looking for someone who is: Confident, friendly, and personable A strong communicator with excellent people skills Organised and proactive Motivated to learn and develop professionally Able to work independently and as part of a team Looking for a long-term career opportunity Previous recruitment experience is not required. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or any role involving regular interaction with people would be advantageous.
