Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Salesperson Road and Sport Motorcycles – Hamilton, North Island This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership environment where no two days are the same. You'll be helping riders find the right parts, accessories, and apparel while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the wider dealership team. About the Role Providing outstanding customer service in-store, via email and by phone Assisting customers with parts, accessories, apparel, and product enquiries Processing customer orders and managing sales transactions Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and inventory control Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing goods Maintaining attractive, clean, and well-organized merchandise displays Supporting stock takes and inventory management Maintaining accurate online sales and product information Liaising with service staff, technicians, suppliers, and customers Participating in product and sales training programmes Assisting with dealership events and promotions as required What We're Looking For Previous retail sales or customer service experience Automotive/Motorcycle Technical Knowledge Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Self-management and self-motivation skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work flexible hours if required An interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm Every second Saturday: 9.00am – 2.00pm Why Join Road and Sport?
