Fiordland Lodge is located directly opposite the world heritage area of the Fiordland's National Park which is one of the world's most beautiful areas and is more than 1.2 million hectares in size. Currently employing: Breakfast Chef We are looking for a qualified Breakfast Chef with at least 3 years experience who is friendly, engaging and has a strong kitchen background. Fiordland Lodge has only 12 rooms so a large part of this role is ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes produced are of a 5 star standard. The secret to the great success and reputation of Fiordland Lodge is, without question, our incomparable staff. Accommodation available in Te Anau Township at $185 per week which includes internet. Meals included when working. Te Anau is a 6km drive to the Lodge so your own car would be necessary.
