Current Vacancies We are hiring for full-time experienced caregivers. Key Responsibilities: Support people/tangata in their daily activities and provide excellent quality of care. Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the direction of healthcare professionals. Assist people/tangata with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for people/tangata. What will you bring? You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing a diverse workload with confidence and professionalism. Previous experience as a Support Worker or similar role is preferred, flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards people/tangata. Full Class 1 driving License is essential. Level 4 Apprenticeship in Mental Health and Addiction or Disability (desired), or health and wellbeing certificate in Level 3 minimum training requirement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Certification in first aid is a plus, but not essential (we will support you to gain First Aid Certification). You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own. Flexibility to work shifts across a roster, including weekends.
