Current Vacancies We are hiring for full-time experienced caregivers. Key Responsibilities: Support people/tangata in their daily activities and provide excellent quality of care. Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the direction of healthcare professionals. Assist people/tangata with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for people/tangata. What will you bring? You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing a diverse workload with confidence and professionalism. Previous experience as a Support Worker or similar role is preferred, flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards people/tangata. Full Class 1 driving License is essential. Level 4 Apprenticeship in Mental Health and Addiction or Disability (desired), or health and wellbeing certificate in Level 3 minimum training requirement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Certification in first aid is a plus, but not essential (we will support you to gain First Aid Certification).
