We are looking for a motivated and hands-onProduction Coordinatorto join our Garment team. This role plays a keypartin coordinating daily production activities, supporting the team to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets, and ensuring smooth workflow across the full Garments operation.This is anexcitingopportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience. Coordinate daily garmentproduction activities to achieve pack-out, productivity, and KPI targets Support and guide production team members to work safely, efficiently, and to standard Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies, safe work procedures, and training requirements Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment usage tomaintainproduction efficiency Assistwith training, coaching, and upskilling team members Identifyand support continuous improvement opportunities Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to meet operational priorities Alsco Uniforms NZ are committed to Diversity,Equityand Inclusion.
