ROLE OUTLINE This role will suit a qualified Electrician wanting to transfer your previous experience and skills to a new, growing industry. You will need to also be mechanically-minded and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. The main focus is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs within the Auckland region, although there is some out-of-town servicing. You will be on the road 99% of the time so being self-managing and naturally motivated is imperative. ABOUT YOU 5+ years NZ experience as a qualified Electrician is essential Possess good all-round technical and mechanical skills Capable of thinking for yourself on more complicated work but equally comfortable doing basic service work Excellent communication skills and the confidence to consult with our clients on all technical issues The ability and patience to mentor trainees and oversee electrical work Possess an inquisitive mindset with strong fault diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Able to work quickly under pressure without supervision A confident and professional client-focused personality Flexible to travel out of Auckland and be on-call on a rostered basis NZ Residency is essential, as is a full driver's license WHY US?
