Key responsibilities Supporting the implementation of Trust Waikato's Strategy and associated strategic initiatives. Coordinating organisational planning, performance monitoring and progress reporting against strategic priorities and annual objectives. Undertaking research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, future planning and organisational improvement. Preparing reports, briefings, presentations and governance papers for management and trustees. Supporting strategic projects from planning through to implementation, including monitoring milestones, risks and outcomes. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, organisational learning and impact evaluation activities. About you A tertiary qualification in strategic planning, business, management, planning, community development, or related field Strong written communication and report-writing skills Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving capability Experience delivering projects or intiatives involving multiple stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with others A commitment to continuous improvement and learning Exposure to community development, philanthropy, local government, central government, iwi, Maaori development or not-for-profit environments would be advantageous About us Trust Waikato's vision is for vibrant and resilient Waikato Communities.
