We're looking for a warm, wine-loving human to join the team at the Framingham Cellar Door. This is not your standard cellar door role. At Framingham, we care deeply about making wines with personality, texture and energy - and we want our cellar door to feel the same. We're after someone who genuinely enjoys people, storytelling, good music, great wine, and creating memorable experiences that feel personal rather than scripted. You'll be welcoming guests from all over the world, guiding tastings, sharing the stories behind the wines, helping grow our Wine Club community, and making sure every visitor leaves feeling like they've discovered something a little bit special. What the role involves: Sharing the Framingham story and philosophy Helping with wine sales and Wine Club sign-ups Supporting events and tastings. Keeping the cellar door looking sharp and running smoothly Working alongside a small, passionate team We'd love to hear from you if you: Are naturally friendly and confident with people Have a genuine interest in wine, hospitality, music or creative culture Enjoy creating experiences, not just transactions Can balance professionalism with personality Are reliable, adaptable and calm under pressure Have previous hospitality, tourism or cellar door experience (helpful but not essential) Holding a current Duty Manager's licence would be an advantage. The details: Based at our Cellar Door in Marlborough From 1 November 2026 - 30 April 2027 Fixed term, casual contract Ability to work weekends essential Wine knowledge can be taught - warmth and attitude can't This is a fast-paced environment - a good level of fitness is required, where customer focus and sales are key.
