BestStart Montessori Rongotai is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teacher-in-Training to join our warm, close-knit team. Our Montessori environment respects each child as a capable learner, supporting tamariki aged 2–6 to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning. You’ll work alongside our teaching team to provide nurturing, high-quality care and learning experiences while building your own teaching practice. About the Role This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday, within our centre hours of 8:00 am–5:30 pm . You will: Build positive relationships with children and whānau Support learning through play, routines, and everyday interactions Assist with planning and extending children’s learning Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment Champion our Montessori philosophy and children’s independence Why Join BestStart?
