GreenSide is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our management team. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, collections and payroll. Manage cashflow and financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial information and performance reports for the Directors. Maintain accurate and effective accounting systems and processes. Work with external accountants on financial reporting and year-end accounts. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and business performance. Provide leadership and support across the wider GreenSide team. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders. Support compliance, governance and Health & Safety across the business. Be a trusted member of the senior management team and maintain a “no surprises” approach with the Directors. About you We’re looking for a confident and capable leader who can balance people, numbers and business performance . You’ll bring: 3+ years’ operational experience, including management experience. Strong people leadership and performance-management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong financial and organisational skills. A strategic and commercially minded approach. A focus on accountability, results and continuous improvement.High levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. The ability to build trust and influence people at all levels. Experience in the EECA WKH programme , trades, construction or property services industry would be an advantage.
