We are looking for an experienced and motivated OnlineManager to lead our growing online shopping operation. This is a hands‑onleadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced supermarket environment and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences. About the Role As our Online Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are picked accurately, packed efficiently, and available to pick up on time. You will lead, train, and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of food safety, productivity, and customer service. This is a senior management position in our team and applications will reflect the requirements. Oh, and we are building a new online staging area to handle twice as many orders by this time next year! Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Online department Lead, coach, and develop the Online team Ensure online orders are picked accurately and efficiently Monitor labour, productivity, and department KPIs Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies Work closely with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations About You Proven experience in a supermarket or retail leadership role (Online experience preferred) Strong people leadership and communication skills Highly organized with excellent time management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Customer-focused with a high attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable in a hands‑on role What’s in it for you: The ability to drive something within a flexible and creative working environment – if there’s a better way, let us know!
