We connect the world to the true taste and rare magic of New Zealand’s best kaimoana. As we prepare for our peak fishing season beginning in October and continue to grow our operations and increase product throughput, we are looking to expand our team with 4 new Process Workers in our wetfish factory. These are hands-on roles suited to hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The work involves repetitive processing and packing tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining focus and productivity throughout the shift. As demand increases during our busy season, we need people with the stamina, commitment, and positive attitude to help the team consistently meet production, quality, and safety standards. Working closely with your teammates, you'll play an important role in ensuring product is processed efficiently, customers' orders are fulfilled on time, and the team works safely and effectively together. What You Will Bring: As team player, with a strong work ethic, who is honest and reliable, you will enjoy learning new skills, working with good people and following process. Ideally will have experience working in a factory/production environment; FMCG/fresh foods and/ or primary industry. You need good communications skills- verbal and written and have the natural ability to pick up new things quickly and effectively. Be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods. Have the energy to maintain productivity and quality throughout the shift. Be comfortable performing repetitive processing and packing tasks. Demonstrate excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance. Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team to achieve daily production targets. Follow established processes, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. Be willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing production requirements.
