Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic person to join our team, working across both reception and housekeeping departments. Your role will involve providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at reception, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our accommodations. Key Responsibilities: Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing rooms and communal areas. Ensure that all guest areas are maintained to the highest standard. Greet and assist guests at reception with check-in/check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the park and local area. Process bookings and payments efficiently. Collaborate with both reception and housekeeping teams to provide seamless service. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within holiday parks or the hospitality industry. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to a minimum of 6 months.
