You’ll also support our chefs with basic food prep, playing a key role in delivering safe, high-quality service to our guests. What You’ll Be Doing Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness (floors, fridges, storage areas) Managing waste disposal and recycling Supporting chefs with basic food preparation Upholding health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times Split shifts will typically involve starting an AM shift from 6:30am and a PM shift from around 6:00pm About You You don’t need extensive experience — we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude. You’ll stand out if you: Have a strong work ethic and take pride in your work Pay attention to detail and cleanliness Bring a positive, team-focused attitude Are reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves Have previous kitchen or hospitality experience (a bonus, not essential) Hours & Roster Part-time role with 20 hours guaranteed per week Rotating roster across AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays Why Join Us?
