We’re on the hunt for a Health & Safety Administrator to help us keep our health and safety systems organised, up to date and working well for our team. About the role This is a part-time, office-based role of around 10–15 hours per week , with flexibility around the days and times worked. You’ll work alongside our team to coordinate the day-to-day administration behind our health and safety systems, including: Maintaining our training register Booking and coordinating staff training Keeping our health and safety software and records up to date Assisting with JSAs and other health and safety documentation Coordinating staff health & safety inductions Helping manage site inductions and related documentation Keeping records, registers and compliance information organised Following up with the team to make sure required H&S information is completed Occasional site visits to stay connected with what’s happening on the ground What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who: Is a solid administrator with great organisational skills Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys keeping things on track Is confident using systems and software Is proactive and comfortable following things up with a busy team Communicates well with a wide range of people Has a genuine interest in health and safety and understands why getting it right matters Is reliable, practical and willing to get stuck in Enjoys being part of a close-knit team Our people and our culture are a big deal.
