We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a passionate, energetic and customer-driven Checkout Supervisor to join our amazing Checkout team. This is a permanent part-time position where leadership or supervisory experience is essential. Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues Working with the Checkout Managers and other Supervisors to lead the Checkout team including providing feedback, coaching, training and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Checkout department Completing varying tasks which may include checkout operating, packing, managing Self-Checkout lanes and Shop n Go, click and collect, Lotto, cleaning and trolleys Being in sole charge of the Checkout department and being responsible for opening and closing the Checkout department as required What we need from you: At least 1-year experience in a customer service role in a position with responsibility, people management or a Supervisory role A commitment to excellent customer service The ability to work in a busy environment effectively Great communication, leadership, and team-building skills Fantastic organization and resilience Holding a current LCQ and Duty Manager’s Certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr
