A very niche role has become available at our central city, waterfront venue so we are looking for someone very special. Think Duty Manager with a side serving of Functions Assistant, or a Pepper Pots to our Functions Iron Man. Do you have a current LCQ and Duty Managers certificate? If so, then you could be what we're looking for About you: Solid management experience in a high volume restaurant or pub A current LCQ and DM’s Cert (absolutely essential) Great admin skills as well as a strong/fluent English Strong attention to detail and impeccable organisation Passionate about proving excellent service, bonus points for event planning and functions An understanding of what a successful function looks like, including an understanding of the different menu options Flexible rostered working hours, including weekends and evenings.
