Credit Controller - New Plymouth

This role is responsible for managing theoverdue loans and implementing the organisation’s policy and procedures oncredit and collection activities. About you: Confident communicator, comfortable handlingdifficult conversations Good attention to detail with the ability tomanage multiple accounts Strong organisational and time managementskills Basic to intermediate skills in Excel andinternal systems Solutions-focused approach with acustomer-first mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and able to workwell in a team environment Key Responsibilities: Maintain professional image of organisationby appearance, behaviour and the manner in which the service is provided. Contribute to the development of overallcredit management policies and evaluate current systems and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer creditand collection activities. Prepare reports on the status of credit andcollection activities. Make recommendations relating to theprovisions to be made for bad debts. Liaise with other credit controllers and therecovery team to contribute to effective cash flow management. Why us?
