We are seeking a permanent, full time experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role involving the safe and efficient movement of goods in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. This is a hands-on role involving the safe and efficient movement of goods in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload trucks, trailers Move temporary fence panels, construction barriers, fence feet, gates, mats, equipment, other assets and materials Safely stack and store products in designated areas Receive incoming stock and verify against delivery documentation Assist with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management Maintain accurate records of stock movements Assist with installation and dismantling temporary fencing Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain machinery in good working condition Follow all health and safety procedures and site operational policies Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment Report hazards, incidents, near misses, equipment faults promptly Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience Valid New Zealand forklift operator’s licence Inventory management experience, including stocktaking and asset management Basic computer skills and ability to carry out administrative tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and ability to liaise with transport providers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, positive work ethic What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 – $30.00 (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent opportunity with consistent hours Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunity for career progression Applicants must have New Zealand citizenship or residency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
