The Plant People Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team in Ashburton and Christchurch. If you excel in finishing work and have a strong background in hard landscaping, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Operate diggers and other machinery for excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks. Perform high-quality finishing work in hard landscaping projects. Collaborate with the landscaping team to execute project plans and designs. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Digger Operator, specifically in hard landscaping and finishing work. Knowledge of landscaping techniques. Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and reliable. Full driver’s license (Class 2 advantageous).
