You will bring a strong understanding of the insurance and underwriting industry, along with proven experience as an Account Executive or equivalent position. To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a NZ Certificate in Financial Services L5 or equivalent. What you’ll be responsible for You will: Support brokers with portfolio management Provide the best service experience possible for our clients Process new business and renewal quotes Process policy amendments and alterations Help build and maintain relationships with our insurance and underwriting partners Championing the Abbott brand as a key member of our frontline team What we’re looking for You will bring: A committed, courteous, client-focused professional with an engaging, friendly manner An understanding of insurance and underwriting processes Hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services L5 or equivalency Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry – Minimum of 4 years Adaptability to new systems and processes.
