Te Arai Links Golf Club is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef across kitchen operations. You will help plan, prepare and service guest menus for each dining period while supporting bespoke event menus and maintaining high standards of food quality. We value enthusiasm, teamwork and flexibility, with duties including supervising junior staff and ensuring accurate temperature monitoring and safety compliance.
