Based at our Auckland offices, the Investigation Officer plays a critical role in protecting Fisher & Paykel’s legal position, reputation, and enterprise integrity. Who are you? Has experience investigating complex workplace, fraud or organisational misconduct matters, ideally in multi‑jurisdictional environments Demonstrates high integrity and excellent judgement when handling confidential information Communicates clearly, and can present findings to diverse audiences Builds trusted, independent relationships while maintaining impartiality and procedural fairness Can identify systemic risks and work collaboratively to strengthen enterprise controls Understands relevant privacy, whistleblowing and compliance frameworks Thrives in environments requiring resilience, professionalism and a calm, methodical approach Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting/Finance, Business, Criminology or a related field will serve you well in this role.
