Carparks, driveways, and entranceways are the specialty, servicing commercial, residential, and rural customers. Shaw Asphalters are seeking energetic and skilled team players with asphalting experience to join the team. We are looking specifically for people with a focus on high quality and consistent productivity - we are growing, and a looking for driven and capable individuals who want to be part of a growth story. Do you have experience in the following? Asphalting processes, quality control and a knowledge of industry standards. Reliable with a strong work ethic and focus for what's best for the business. Full class 1 - 4 licenses, WTR endorsements, and experience with heavy machinery is all preferable but NOT essential Effective communicator - good at listening, following instructions, and sharing information Intelligent decision making and problem-solving abilities Great attitude and commitment to being a positive and safe influence across the company Commited to health and safety as a core cultural expecation If you think you have some of these attributes, we would be keen to hear from you.
