The Workforce Services Officer is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of workforce services across the organisation, supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing employment, attendance, wellbeing and departure. The role combinesworkforce administration, recruitment, time and attendance, employee support and pastoral care, ensuring that employees receive consistent, timely and professional support. What you’ll do: Workforce Services & Administration Oversee the day-to-day delivery of workforce services and employee administration. Ensure employment documentation, variations, onboarding and offboarding processes are completed accurately and on time. Develop and maintain efficient workforce processes, systems and procedures. Ensure workforce practices are consistent with organisational policies and applicable employment requirements. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers. Prepare and coordinate employment documentation, contracts and pre-employment requirements. Support managers throughout recruitment and selection processes. Coordinate effective onboarding and induction experiences for new employees. Oversee the organisation's time and attendance processes and systems in various PlaneBiz Airports Monitor attendance, timesheets, leave and working hours, identifying issues or trends requiring attention. Support managers and employees to understand and appropriately use workforce and attendance systems. Ensure accurate and timely workforce data is available for payroll processing. Follow up attendance anomalies, missed timesheets, leave discrepancies and other workforce matters. Produce regular workforce and attendance reports as required. Skills & Experience Experience in workforce services, HR, people operations, employee and payroll functions. Demonstrated experience coordinating recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Strong understanding of time, attendance, leave and workforce administration. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organisation. Ability to provide practical, balanced and compassionate support to employees and managers. Strong computer literacy and confidence working with workforce management and HR systems.
