We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Georges Beach Club, a fast-paced, high-energy, mostly outdoor casual eatery located in Raglan. Key responsibilities Run daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment Lead, motivate, and mentor a seasonal and permanent service team Manage staff rosters, floor layouts, and guest relations during peak periods Maintain a fun, professional, and compliant environment (LCQ/Manager's Certificate preferred) Work closely with the kitchen to deliver a seamless guest experience About you Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment Strong leadership potential and a hands-on approach to venue management Outstanding communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Current NZ residency is essential for this permanent position About us Located in the heart of beautiful Raglan, Georges Beach Club is a fast-paced, high-energy, and mostly outdoor casual eatery.
