Operations Co-ordinator/Dispatch

You'll play a key part in coordinating the day-to-day scheduling and dispatch of personnel, equipment, and plant, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Must have Mid Canty regional knowledge and experience in the earthmoving industry. Key responsibilities Coordinating the daily scheduling and dispatch of staff, plant, equipment (diggers & earthmoving machinery) Pricing rural jobs and preparing quotes Managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff Ensuring schedules are updated and resources are allocated efficiently Providing general support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly About you Sound local knowledge of the Mid Canterbury region Experience in the contracting earthmoving industry Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to multitask and work well under pressure A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills Honesty, reliability, and a high level of integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
