We take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes, nurturing talent and providing opportunities and pathways for personal and professional growth About the role We are looking for a capable and confident Site Supervisor to take responsibility for planning works, organising teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role would suit someone with strong supervisory experience in civil construction, who is comfortable managing multiple onsite teams and overseeing projects of significant value. Key responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site works. Organise and support onsite teams to ensure work is completed safely and productively. Manage multiple onsite teams across active work areas. Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members. Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and help keep projects on programme. Support health and safety requirements and promote safe work practices onsite. Supervise larger-scale works, including projects valued at over $1 million. About you Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience. Proven experience planning works and organising teams. Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and subcontractors. Experience supervising jobs valued at over $1 million. Experience managing multiple onsite teams. A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to keep work moving under pressure. Be able to solve problems within the restraints of the budget. Level 4 water qualifications (advantageous). Potable water experience (advantageous). Water reticulation experience (advantageous).
