Are you hands-on, mechanically minded, and experienced, or keen to learn? We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. Whether you already have assembly experience or are looking to build a career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is an advantage, but it's not essential, as full training can be provided to the right person. What We're Looking For Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach Fast learner with a willingness to develop new skills Team player with a strong work ethic High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Previous mechanical assembly experience or hands-on experience using tools is advantageous Duties and Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions Install and fit hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on towing and recovery equipment Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and torque settings to ensure correct operation Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment while following health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with engineers, welders, fabricators, and other production team members to meet production deadlines Record assembly and quality control information as required Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality To Be Successful, You'll Need To Pass a pre-employment drug screen Pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check Why Join Us?
