Accounts & Administration Manager (Chartered Accountant) Permanent Part-Time | 30–36 Hours per Week (Flexible) Lower Hutt, Wellington Looking for a Chartered Accounting role where you can genuinely make a difference? If you're looking for more than preparing financial reports—if you enjoy improving systems, solving problems, working across the business and helping shape the future of a growing international company—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. At YY Nation , we're looking for an exceptional Chartered Accountant who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, thrives on variety, and takes pride in making a business run exceptionally well. This is a rare opportunity to become the financial and operational backbone of an award-winning New Zealand company that's expanding rapidly across New Zealand, the United States and Canada. We're looking for someone equally comfortable preparing management accounts and analysing business performance as they are processing payroll, reconciling accounts, improving business systems, supporting inventory and logistics, and ensuring the day-to-day engine room of the business runs smoothly. In short, you're someone who enjoys both the detail and the bigger picture. This is not a role where you'll simply prepare reports—you'll be a trusted business partner, helping shape the financial discipline and operational systems that support YY Nation's global growth. Working directly with our Founder, you'll enjoy genuine variety, significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact, all within a flexible 30–36 hour per week role.
