Alpha Recruitment – Wellington Central, North Island We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a busy project environment in Wellington on an initial 4-month contract , with the potential for an extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive project professional who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects moving towards successful delivery. About the Role As Senior Project Coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination and delivery support across a range of technology and business change initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, stakeholders and other key contributors to ensure projects remain organised, on track and well governed. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating project activities, deliverables, milestones and dependencies. Supporting project planning, scheduling and tracking. Preparing project documentation, status reports, meeting materials and presentations. Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements. Maintaining project registers, actions, risks, issues and decisions. Tracking project progress and escalating risks or issues where appropriate. Supporting financial, resource and reporting requirements. Coordinating communication across project teams and stakeholders. Ensuring project information and documentation is maintained accurately. Providing general project management support to ensure successful delivery. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator in a complex environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Confidence working with project reporting, documentation, risks, issues and dependencies. The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider project team. Experience working within technology, digital transformation or business change environments would be advantageous.
