Aminimum of two years acute paediatric and/or neonatal nursing experiencein New Zealand is preferred Permanentrole working 0.8FTE (64 hours a fortnight) Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora isfirmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed tobuilding a health system that serves all New Zealanders. Aboutthe Role Youwill be working in a combined paediatric and neonatal department where you'llget the chance to work with children and their families and whānau in ourwell-equipped, friendly environment. Thepaediatric/neonatal unit is a small, vibrant, inpatient unit catering forneceonates and children from 0-16 years who require either acute or electivemedical and surgical services. Theunit is co-located alongside our paediatric outpatient department. Aboutthe Team/Location Ourvibrant nursing team consists of staff who share passion and enthusiasm forproviding high quality care to children. We are well supported by on sitePaediatricians and work in close partnership with allied health and maternitycolleagues. You will be further assisted with excellent educationalopportunities and our paediatric/neonatal nurse educator.
