As a Production Technician, you'll build premium road cases and innovative products trusted throughout New Zealand and around the world. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop your skills while producing work you'll be proud to put your name to. Backstage Pass At Fiasco, we design and manufacture premium road cases for the live events industry, along with our innovative Work From Home Desk range. Our products are trusted by musicians, production crews, schools, businesses, and customers across New Zealand and internationally. Gain exposure to engineering, CNC machining, manufacturing improvements, and product development. Join a crew you'll actually enjoy working with. We work hard, have fun, and occasionally setup the workshop for live bands or a raft race down the Waikato river. What You'll Be Doing Build premium road cases and Work From Home Desk products. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely. Maintain exceptional quality and workmanship. Help improve the way we design and build our products. Work as part of a small, agile, and supportive team. B ring a strong work ethic and pride in producing quality work. R ead engineering drawings with confidence and accuracy. I nterested in manufacturing, engineering, and continuous improvement. N aturally follow processes while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. G ood practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to pitch in. C NC machining experience will be highly regarded. A trade qualification or relevant manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential. K een to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the team. E xcellent attention to detail.
