About the role As Aqseptence Product Manager, you’ll own a product line across its full lifecycle - from business development and sales coordination through to aftersales support, customer service, and technical delivery. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure we deliver on sales, maintenance, warranty, commissioning, and technical requirements. This is a hands-on, highly connected role that blends client-facing relationship management, technical problem-solving, and practical coordination - including arranging (and sometimes supporting) repairs, maintenance, commissioning, and training. Over time, you’ll build deep capability and credibility to become a local industry specialist/trusted advisor for the Aqseptence product line. Travel: This role includes travel to project sites and clients. It will also include overseas travel to support supplier relationships, sales, and business development opportunities. What you’ll be doing Product lifecycle management: drive product success from opportunity identification through to long-term customer support. Supplier & internal coordination: liaise with suppliers and Apex teams to ensure timely technical advice and warranty support and sales enablement. Customer & influencer relationships: build strong connections with clients and engineers and key stakeholders through responsive communication and practical solutions. Technical & delivery support: provide technical input to Design, Project Delivery and Sales teams to support accurate proposals and strong project outcomes. Field/operational involvement: coordinate and support commissioning and training; help organise service activities including repairs and maintenance as needed. Documentation & reporting: maintain clear records of product processes, service activities and client interactions, plus forecasting and supplier activity reporting. Continuous improvement: identify smarter ways of working - better tools, processes, and client support practices - while actively supporting QHSE and document management expectations. About you and what you’ll bring You’re a commercially minded, technically confident relationship-builder who can move comfortably between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams. You’re organised, resilient, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves—whether that’s solving a technical issue, coordinating service logistics, or supporting onsite activities. Appropriate technical qualification preferred (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering or Engineering Diploma). Sales, marketing, and business development capability (through training and/or experience). Strong communication skills and solid digital literacy (Microsoft suite competence is a must). Proven ability to coordinate across sales, technical, and support functions and keep stakeholders aligned. A practical mechanical background/knowledge, and comfort being involved in service/maintenance contexts. High business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.
