Customer Service Reps - Inbound Call Centre - Full Time & Part Time The Call Centre - Lower Hutt, North Island We are a family-run business seeking additional team members to join our growing inbound customer service call centre in central Lower Hutt. The fulltime (30 - 37.5 hrs) and part-time (15 - 20 hrs) roles usually comprise of day shifts, one evening shift and one weekend shift. We are a 24 x 7 business and hours could commence as early as 6am and finish at 11pm. Previous call centre experience is advantageous, but not essential. However, you will need to be technically literate and meet all of the below criteria for your application to be considered. Commitment to quality in your work Dedication to providing excellent customer service A passion about what you do Can demonstrate reliability and stability Excellent technical (computer) proficiency Have sound computer skills and typing speed of 45 wpm minimum Superb telephone manner and English as your first language You should reside in the Hutt Valley Training would be done in our call centre during the day and evenings.
