Position Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. You will be responsible for coordinating service appointments, managing stock control, fostering customer relationships, and promoting a safe and efficient workshop environment. Schedule and coordinate service technicians and resources. Monitor job progress and ensure service deadlines are met. Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact regarding service requests. Prepare service-related documentation. Manage service databases, records, and reporting. Liaise between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management. Resolve customer issues and escape concerns when required. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. Actively engage in our customer-focused team, encouraging feedback, sharing ideas, and participating in team activities. Maintain a clean well-presented workspace and uphold high standards for our customers. You need: Previous experience in Customer Service. Common sense. Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. A can-do attitude, sound work ethic and be a team player. Excellent data entry and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. MS Office Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook. A professional manner and presentation. The experience of working within a team. Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
