Loader Operator - Concrete Operations

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join our team and support our concreting operations. What We Offer $27–$30 per hour (depending on experience) Temp to Permanent position Variety of work within the concrete industry About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a loader to assist with material handling, concrete production support, and general site operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates machinery safely, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team. Key Responsibilities Operating a loader to move and handle aggregates, concrete materials, and other products. Loading trucks and managing material movements around site. Feeding materials into concrete production areas as required. Stockpiling and organising aggregate supplies. Assisting concrete crews with site preparation and material handling. Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance issues. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment. Following all company health and safety policies and site procedures. Working closely with supervisors, drivers, and ground crews to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience operating a loader in a concrete, quarry, construction, or similar environment. Strong understanding of safe machinery operation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Site Safe Foundation Passport is an advantage.
