You'll work closely alongside our Venue Manager, helping lead the team, run shifts and keep the venue operating at a high standard every day. Key responsibilities Running shifts and supporting the team on the floor Delivering genuine, friendly service Assisting with staff training and development Maintaining high standards across service, food and presentation Supporting the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue Helping create a positive team culture and leading by example About you Has previous hospitality experience in a senior FOH, supervisor or Duty Manager role Holds a current LCQ and Duty Manager's Certificate (or is working towards one) Loves being on the floor and leading from the front Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure Has a positive attitude and enjoys developing people Wants to grow their career in hospitality management About us Bambina Waterfront is all about great pizza, cold beer and genuine hospitality.
