What you'll be doing Lead MuleSoft technical delivery while remaining hands-on across Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform. Coach and develop integration engineers, building capability and strong engineering practices. Drive API-led design, reusable integration patterns, technical standards and solution/code reviews. Work across architecture, DevOps and delivery teams to improve platform reliability, CI/CD and integration outcomes. What we're looking for Strong hands-on MuleSoft experience across Mule 4, Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration. Technical leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and providing direction to engineers. Strong knowledge of API-led architecture, DataWeave, RAML/OpenAPI, MUnit and CI/CD practices. The ability to balance technical delivery with growing people leadership responsibilities and a desire to progress into broader Leadership role in the future.
