With continued growth Endoventure are now looking for a Product Manager in their Urology and GI (Endoscopy) business Unit who blends strong commercial acumen with hands‑on territory engagement in the specialist field of Medical Devices. This is a role where you’ll lead product strategy, supplier management, pricing, and market development while also maintaining and developing a focused sales territory, supporting customers clinically, and driving product integration. You’ll work with the team to lead the shaping of the strategy and innovation and ensuring Endoventure remains competitive and credible in the market. At the same time, you’ll stay close to customers, undertaking sales, in‑service education, and clinical support that strengthens relationships and drives sales. Key Responsibilities Product Management Maintain accurate supplier information, pricing, and product data. Build strong supplier relationships through regular communication, training, and international meetings. Manage pricing, gross profit targets, and market competitiveness. Oversee stock levels, forecasting, ROP/ROQ accuracy, and product pipeline planning. Prepare tenders, quotes, and contracts in line with financial guidelines. Develop business plans, conduct SWOT analysis, and drive product launches and marketing initiatives. Lead product training for sales and customer service teams. Identify new product opportunities and conduct market research. Monitor competitor activity, clinical trends, and industry developments. Ensure regulatory compliance (WAND, PEHNZ) and maintain documentation. Territory Management Represent relevant product lines across a designated territory. Demonstrate products, provide clinical support, and close sales. Maintain a planned call cycle and follow up promptly on customer actions. Manage samples, clinical evaluations, and consignment stock. Attend conferences, organise customer visits, and maintain a professional presence. Keep accurate customer notes, sales forecasts, and database records. Identify cross‑selling, bundling, and tender opportunities. What you’ll bring to the role A proactive, positive, team‑focused approach. Experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, or product management – advantageous to have experience in Urology or Gastroenterology markets. Strong commercial capability—pricing, forecasting, margin management. Confidence engaging clinicians, procurement teams, and key opinion leaders. Excellent communication skills and a professional, credible presence. Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands‑on territory activity.
