We are seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Registered Nurse. An individual that shares our passion for quality and a high standard of nursing care. Starting from as soon as possible. Either holds New Zealand Nursing Council CAP [Competency Assessment Programme] approval or is in the process of completing the New Zealand Nursing Council registration requirements. The hourly rate for this role exceeds the NZ median wage. Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience [preferably aged care or medical setting] Inter Rai competency advantageous. Overseas Applicants We can provide support for New Zealand's new Accredited Work Visa applications. You must have successfully completed an English Language Assessment either IELTS or OET, passing requirements as per New Zealand Nursing Council. You must meet the Nursing Council of New Zealand's educational standards for the registered nurse scope of practice. We can support in Nursing Council Registration Application Consideration given to assisting with CAP [Competency Assessment Programme] to obtain your nursing registration in New Zealand. The Successful Candidate will have Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills Innate empathy and interpersonal skills with people in their later years The ability to work independently The ability to assess residents, develop and review Personalised Nursing Care plansthrough skilled nursing assessment and accurate documentation Leading and Mentoring Care Assistance through driving improvements and best practices Effective written and oral communication A strong solution-focused approach An appreciation and drive for high end quality care and service delivery.
