AM Despatcher / Planner - Retail Division Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for logistics and planning? Linfox Logistics NZ is seeking a ANDC Despatcher/Planner to join our retail team to help ensure we have a smooth, efficient, and compliant transport operations. Position Highlights: Oversee despatch and vehicle control functions for top-tier logistics. Deliver high-quality, error-free service to internal and external customers. Supervise and lead drivers, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Foster strong relationships between Linfox and customer teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage despatch planning and vehicle allocation according to customer and Linfox requirements. Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Train and coach staff to maintain high performance and adhere to safety practices. Monitor and optimise fleet, run, and driver utilisation to meet service standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to handle planning, despatch, and vehicle management tasks. Knowledge of Transport systems - Blue Yonder, Truck Mate, Excel, Eroad, etc. Previous experience working in the Transport Industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to safety, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.
