We are looking for three team leaders to oversee and manage orchard operations, ensuring excellence in quality,safety, and productivity. Hourly rate: $26 - $29 per hour. Guaranteed hours: 30 per week. Maximum hours: 55 per week. Location: Whakatane, Bay of Plenty Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of workers to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. Allocate work as directed by the Supervisor and monitor task progress. Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and on-the-job instruction to team members. Monitor team performance and report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor. Ensure workers comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements. Conduct daily pre-start briefings and promote safe work practices. Assist with the induction and training of new team members. Maintain attendance and task completion records as required. Report hazards, incidents, equipment issues, and staffing concerns to the Supervisor. Promote teamwork, productivity, and professional workplace behaviour at all times.
