We have clear plans for continued growth and we are looking for a skilled Project Manager ideally based in Palmerston North or Wellington. About the Role Working remotely or from the Wellington office, you will be scoping, estimating, planning and managing multiple concurrent projects with existing and new clients across the Lower North. You will be well supported by the Wellington team and work closely with the Lower North BDM. We are looking for an ability to manage client expectations, scope and estimate projects, manage a scope of work, plan and oversee work for employees and contractors, and manage budgets for each project. People management is an important part of this role and each project will require a different mix of supervisory work, including sub-contractors. About You Knowledge of commercial painting, property maintenance or the wider construction sector is preferred. We are looking for a can-do attitude, excellent problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.
