We are seeking a proactive and well-connected International Recruitment Manager to support and grow Cavalli College’s international enrolments across offshore and onshore learner markets. You’ll guide international learners and agents through the application and admissions process, while building Cavalli College’s presence across Chinese and wider Asian markets. You’ll bring established networks, strong market knowledge and a genuine ability to build trusted relationships with learners and agents. You’ll guide international learners and agents through the application and admissions process, while building Cavalli College’s presence across Chinese and wider Asian markets. You’ll bring established networks, strong market knowledge and a genuine ability to build trusted relationships with learners and agents. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end international admissions and enrolment process. Build and maintain relationships with international education agents, particularly across Chinese and Asian markets. Support offshore and onshore international learners throughout enrolment. Maintain compliance with NZQA and Immigration New Zealand requirements. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and Student Management System records. Support international marketing, promotional activities and market development. Represent Cavalli College at events, education fairs and domestic/international visits as required. We’re looking for someone who has Established networks and experience within Chinese and Asian international education markets. Experience in international student recruitment, enrolments and learner support. Knowledge of NZQA and Immigration New Zealand requirements. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred). Strong administration and IT skills, ideally including an SMS or CRM. A learner‑centred approach and ability to build trust across cultures. A New Zealand driver’s licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
